For the provision of our services, the sale of goods, and the operation of our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)
I. Processing of Personal Data
1. Processing of personal data in the event of using the contact form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: first name, surname, address, email, telephone.
For what reason?
We will contact you through them for further arrangements regarding goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This constitutes processing based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or implementation of measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at your request.
How long will we process the personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
2. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: first name, surname, address, email, telephone.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, or potentially regarding claims or your inquiries.
Furthermore, we will process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or potentially for the handling of claims and others).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This constitutes processing based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
How long will we process the personal data?
For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
3. Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and did not forbid us from doing so during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send out our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted by the provisions of Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not forbid us from doing so during the purchase.
How long will we process the personal data?
5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via e-mail or contact us at the e-mail address: info@zppromo.com
II. Who gets access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, certain companies or other persons work for us who get access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. These are:
- the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID (IČ) 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395)
- the carrier Zásilkovna s.r.o., Company ID (IČ): 28408306
Your personal data may also be disclosed to the following other entities:
- marketing agency
We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.
III. What else you should know
Our company does not have a designated data protection officer.
Our company does not engage in decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

V. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data
The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data of yours we process, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction of processing; you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request the erasure of personal data from us in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. An objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or alternatively to turn to a court with your claims.
These terms are effective from 1. 1. 2026
